The communication problem

One platform had to survive two very different evaluations.

Vastly combined a technology platform with strategy and engineering services. Technical decision-makers needed to see credible platform signals, code patterns and product depth. Executive buyers needed a faster explanation of time, risk and business value. The website had to support sales conversations, attract new visitors and lead qualified prospects toward a demo or consultation.

Engineers needed evidence.

CTOs and engineering teams had to understand the platform, its building blocks and the way Vastly supports digital product delivery.

Signal: product detail, code, workflow and architecture

Executives needed the point.

CEOs and purchasing leaders needed a clear view of speed, reduced risk and the business case for working with one connected team.

Signal: outcomes, service clarity and a direct consultation path
Information architecture

Eight pages, sequenced around intent.

I separated platform education from consulting persuasion while keeping one recognizable Vastly system. Each route answers a distinct evaluation question, then reconnects the visitor to the wider offer and the demo path.

01

Home

Introduces the platform, service model and reason to engage.

02

Platform

Explains the connected technology foundation.

03

Wave LCAP

Turns a technical product into a structured product story.

04

Marketplace DXP

Frames the experience platform and its use cases.

05

Generative AI

Connects emerging capability to practical enterprise work.

06

Strategy

Builds consulting authority for executive readers.

07

Engineering

Shows delivery depth and implementation capability.

08

Demo

Captures the context needed for a useful sales conversation.

Visual decision

Product light. Consulting dark. One logic underneath.

The product side uses a lighter interface language, subtle gradients and familiar platform cues. Consulting pages shift into a darker, more authoritative world. Typography, spacing, components and calls to action keep both modes connected.

Platform mode

Fresh, technical and interface-led.

Product screenshots, code-box patterns and layered panels make the platform tangible without turning every section into documentation.

Consulting mode

Measured, credible and outcome-led.

Darker surfaces and tighter message hierarchy give strategy and engineering services the authority expected by enterprise buyers.

From source to system

Strategy moved into reusable Webflow decisions.

The build connected audience logic, page architecture, component rules and interaction direction before handoff.

01

Audience split

Mapped technical and commercial questions separately.

02

Page intent

Gave every page one primary job in the evaluation journey.

03

Visual modes

Created light product and dark consulting expressions.

04

Interaction

Used product motion and interface cues to explain capability.

05

Webflow

Translated the system into an editable eight-page build.

Delivered outcome

A clearer enterprise story for sales and discovery.

The delivered system gave Vastly one connected website for platform education, consulting credibility and demo lead capture. Engineers could reach technical proof without losing context. Executive buyers could understand the commercial value without navigating a product manual.
